Today, we will take you on a full-day Mekong Delta Cruise to My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province. Located on the Mekong River, 75 kilometers southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, this city is surrounded by orchards and rice fields that produce grains for the entire country. You will have the opportunity to visit one or two islands that specialize in traditional handcrafts, coconut candy, and bee farms. On your boat trip along the Mekong River, you will also visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, which is the oldest pagoda in the delta. After the tour, we will return to Ho Chi Minh City where you will check into your hotel and stay overnight in Saigon.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a tour of the largest city in Vietnam. To the west of the city lies Cho Lon, the largest Chinese neighborhood in Vietnam, also known as the "Big Market". Saigon's government quarter houses the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral, which boasts neo-Romanesque architecture with two high square towers and iron spires. The French-style Central Post Office and the City Hall, also known as "Hotel de Ville," represent typical French architecture and can be found in any village in France.

Explore the War Remnants Museum, which houses collections of weapons and photographs from the two Indochina wars. Next, leave Saigon for Cu Chi Tunnels to learn about Vietnam's history and its involvement in the Vietnam War. After visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels, take a flight to Hoi An via Da Nang International Airport. Upon arrival in Hoi An in the evening, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Today, we will visit some of Hoi An's iconic landmarks, including the Japanese Covered Bridge, the beautiful Chinese Assembly Halls, and the Phuoc Kien Pagoda. You will also have the opportunity to explore the local market.

After a delightful lunch, you will embark on a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to visit Cam Kim Island, where you will meet skilled woodworkers and boat-building families. Additionally, you will visit Thanh Ha pottery village, where you can observe the locals' craftsmanship.

Your evening will be spent in Hoi An, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to Danang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, our guide will welcome you and transfer you to the city center to start your exploration of Hanoi.

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and is famous for its shaded boulevards, public parks, and historical landmarks. You will visit the most interesting museum in Vietnam, the Ethnology Museum, followed by Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature.

After lunch, you will continue your tour with a visit to Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a short walk around the lake and visit the Ngoc Son Temple, Dong Xuan Market, and the Old Quarter. Finally, you will attend a traditional water puppet show before returning to your hotel for the night.

Early in the morning, we will depart from Hanoi and drive to one of the world's most magnificent scenic environments, Halong Bay. This vast bay covers 577 square miles and is filled with over 3,000 limestone karsts that rise from the deep blue water as far as the eye can see. We will spend a day and a half, including an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast on board, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. The boat is comfortable and intimate, with hand-crafted wooden interiors, a dining room, and air-conditioned cabins with private baths. As we are overnight on the water, we will have time to swim and explore Ha Long Bay's most beautiful spots, including some of the largest rock formations and caves. This experience promises to be one of the most memorable travel experiences in Asia. We will stay overnight on the boat.

Rising to the sound of the lapping bay waters, we will have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. While sitting on the upper deck, you can relax and take in the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald waters of the bay.

After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave, swim, and relax. We will then cruise back to the jetty while brunch is served, giving us an opportunity to see more of the fascinating formations along the way. We will then check out of the cruise and rejoin our car for the drive back to Hanoi, where we will arrive at 3:00pm. After checking into the hotel, we will have free time to go sightseeing in the Old Quarter. Optionally, we can take part in a Water Puppet Show for an hour. We will stay overnight in Hanoi.
